Tinder agreed to a $60.5 million settlement resolving allegations it charged older California users more than younger users for Tinder Plus and Gold subscriptions, in violation of California age discrimination law. No proof of purchase is required — if Tinder's records identify you as a class member, you may automatically receive payment. Otherwise, submit a verification form by the deadline.
California residents who subscribed to Tinder Plus or Tinder Gold at any time on or after March 2, 2015 while over the age of 29.
No receipts, purchase history, or documentation required. Any qualifying US resident can file.
